Every verified Tuaneka user can book the free Saturday Training Clinic, regardless of plan or business role. The clinic runs online every Saturday from 11:00 to 11:30 AM Africa/Accra time and has no more than five attendees.
Open /training or use the training panel on the main dashboard. Choose one of the next four available Saturdays and select Book free place. A user can hold one upcoming booking; switching businesses does not create another allowance. Your confirmation contains the private Google Meet link and the page also shows the session in your local time.
Booking and online cancellation close 24 hours before the session. Before the cutoff, open /training and choose Cancel booking, then reserve another available date if needed. After the cutoff, contact Tuaneka support on WhatsApp at +233 55 744 7933. There is no waitlist; when a Saturday is full, choose the next available date.
Tuaneka sends an immediate confirmation plus reminders 24 hours and one hour before the clinic. These booking messages are transactional because you reserved a place. Calendar guests cannot see one another's email addresses. Keep the Meet link private and bring one real task you want to complete, such as a store setup, product, invoice, stock or order workflow.
