A user can own multiple businesses. Each business is a separate workspace with its own store, catalogue, customers, inventory, orders, payment configuration, reports and team access.
Starter is a single-user business workspace. A paid Pro business can invite up to three additional team members with business-level roles. A paid Enterprise business can invite unlimited team members and assign business-level roles and permissions. Team access belongs only to the business that issued the invitation; it never grants access to the owner's other businesses. Seller trials do not include team access.
Use Switch business on the dashboard and confirm the business name before editing products, stock or orders. A marketplace store belongs to one business. A user may own or join multiple businesses and can have a different role in each. Each subscribed business keeps its own plan and team allowance. If a business is missing, open /account/settings and check ownership or team membership before creating a duplicate.
