Tuaneka Enterprise lets one business use one primary custom shop domain. Enterprise costs GHS 300 per month or GHS 2,880 billed yearly after the 20% annual discount. Domain registration and renewal are separate purchases at the displayed registrar price plus a transparent 20% Tuaneka service margin.
Buy a domain through Tuaneka
- Select the correct business and open Seller tools > Domain & web address.
- Search for the address you want. Tuaneka shows availability, registrar price, 20% service margin, exchange rate and final amount before payment.
- Confirm the legal owner details and choose Paystack or Stripe. If one provider is unavailable, choose the other.
- After verified payment, Tuaneka registers the domain, configures the connection and provisions secure HTTPS automatically.
Premium domains are allowed only after the higher registrar price is shown and explicitly confirmed. If a paid domain becomes unavailable or the registrar fails, the order enters manual resolution rather than creating a duplicate charge. Support can retry it, help choose another name or arrange the appropriate refund resolution.
Connect a domain you already own
Open Domain & web address, choose Already own a domain?, and enter the address. Tuaneka then shows the exact verification and routing records for the external registrar. Return to Tuaneka to check the connection after the records have propagated.
Tuaneka sends renewal reminders 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before a managed domain expires. Renewals are priced at the current registrar cost plus the same 20% service margin. If Enterprise ends, the connected domain receives a 30-day grace period. After grace, the custom address disconnects, but the registration remains valid through its paid term and the permanent /shop/{slug} address continues to work.
