Open /marketplace/seller/imports from Import & Connect. Supported inputs include Tuaneka or generic CSV, Shopify CSV and WooCommerce CSV.
Connected Shopify stores use a store URL and Admin API credentials. WooCommerce uses the shop URL and API credentials. Always preview before import. Preview reports imported and skipped rows, image problems and conflicts. Import history shows progress, failures and retry options. Tuaneka preserves source identifiers and logs conflicts rather than silently overwriting stock or prices.
Trial and Pro stores can contain up to 70 products and services. An import updates matching source products without using another space, then skips new products after the catalogue reaches 70. Pro Plus stores have unlimited catalogue capacity.
