1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Tuaneka invoicing software and all related products, services, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. User Account

To use the Service, you must register for an account with Tuaneka. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you agree to notify Tuaneka immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

3. Billing and Payment

If you sign up for a paid Tuaneka subscription, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Service. Tuaneka reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time, with notice to you

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Tuaneka owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use or reproduce any Tuaneka trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Service to transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

Tuaneka shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, including any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

Tuaneka reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide you with notice of such changes. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tuaneka with respect to your use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Tuaneka.
