Codex can connect securely to one Tuaneka business and use Tuaneka tools for customers, invoices, products, listings, storefronts, stock, orders and deliveries.
Windows connection
- Sign in to Tuaneka and select the business you want Codex to manage.
- Open Settings > Connections > AI and agents and choose Connect Codex.
- Open the downloaded Windows connector. It installs or updates the official plugin and starts secure Tuaneka authentication.
- Select the business, review the permissions and choose Connect.
- Restart Codex once, then ask:
Check my Tuaneka connection and state the business you can manage.
No API token, environment variable or GitHub visit is required on Windows. macOS and Linux use the beta marketplace instructions shown on the connection page until their one-click installers are released.
Each connection remains tied to one business. Switching businesses inside Tuaneka does not silently change the Codex connection. Sending invoices, recording payments, publishing stores, changing stock and updating delivery status require explicit confirmation.
If Codex says the plugin is installed but not connected, restart Codex, open the Tuaneka MCP connection and choose Authenticate. Reconnect from Tuaneka settings if the grant was revoked or tied to the wrong business.
