Dropshipping costs, fulfilment and returns

Price responsibly and understand the seller obligations that remain when a supplier fulfils orders.

The customer buys from the Tuaneka seller, so the seller remains responsible for the product promise even when CJdropshipping fulfils the parcel.

Build prices from supplier product cost, estimated shipping, payment fees, currency movement, marketing, customs or duties where relevant, expected returns and the desired margin. Currency conversion is an estimate until the order is placed and charged.

Check whether every product is legal in the target market, whether images and claims are accurate, and whether the supplier route can meet the delivery promise. Publish clear delivery, returns, privacy and contact policies before selling.

When an order is paid, verify the delivery address and selected variant before submitting it to CJ. Follow supplier and logistics updates, keep the buyer informed and do not mark an order delivered without evidence. If an item is delayed, damaged, incorrect or missing, the seller handles customer communication and follows the store's published returns policy while resolving the supplier issue.
