Starter is free. It includes a business workspace, customer records, marketplace browsing, products and services for invoices, expense and received-payment tracking, and up to two unique invoice sends per calendar month. The third unique invoice requires Pro. Resending the same invoice does not use another allowance.
New marketplace sellers receive one 30-day no-card seller trial. During the trial they can publish a store and use seller and retail tools. Trial and Pro stores can hold up to 70 total products or services, including drafts and imported listings.
Pro costs GHS 100 per month or GHS 960 billed yearly. The yearly option is equivalent to GHS 80 per month and saves GHS 240, or 20%. Pro includes unlimited invoice sends, up to 70 products or services, storefront and marketplace selling, POS, inventory, orders, deliveries, the Business Network, Paystack and Stripe connections, catalogue imports, purchase orders and retail reporting.
Enterprise costs GHS 300 per month or GHS 2,880 billed yearly. The yearly option is equivalent to GHS 240 per month and saves GHS 720, or 20%. Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus unlimited products and services, one connected custom shop domain, HTTPS, priority onboarding, advanced storefront design, cross-channel promotions, social product sharing and external-store synchronization. Some older internal screens or plan identifiers may call Enterprise "Pro Plus". Domain registration and renewal are paid separately to the registrar.
Subscriptions are scoped to one business or shop. A user with three subscribed stores needs three separate subscriptions. Upgrade using pro-month, pro-year, pro-plus or pro-plus-year and manage active subscriptions at /subscriptions. Payment or renewal disputes must be escalated.
